Our story
A bawarchi is a cook — ours cook Hyderabad
Bawarchi is the Urdu word for cook, and our kitchen cooks the food of Hyderabad and Andhra: dum biryani layered over basmati and sealed to finish in its own steam, curries built on slow-toasted spices, and street snacks like punugulu and 65-style fries.
Alongside the Hyderabadi classics we serve South Indian dosas off the griddle, North Indian tandoori and naan from the clay oven, and the Indo-Chinese wok dishes every Indian city grew up on — all made to order in Sparks.
